Affordable CT Angiography in Bangalore
What is CT Angiography?
CT Angiography (CTA) is an advanced, non-invasive imaging test that uses CT scanning and contrast dye to visualize blood vessels and detect blockages, clots or narrowing in arteries and veins. It helps diagnose conditions affecting the heart, brain, kidneys, lungs and limbs with high precision.
At Vasavi Hospitals, our radiology department uses state-of-the-art multi-slice CT scanners that provide detailed 3D images of blood vessels, allowing accurate diagnosis and early detection of cardiovascular diseases.
If you experience chest pain, leg pain or symptoms of poor blood circulation, talk to our specialists to determine if CT Angiography is right for you.

What to Expect During CT Angiography
Your Step-by-Step Care Journey
Consultation & Preparation
Our radiologist or referring doctor will explain the procedure and review your medical history. You may be asked to fast for a few hours and remove any metal objects before the scan.
During the Scan
A contrast dye is injected into a vein to highlight blood vessels. You’ll lie on the CT table and the scanner will take detailed images in a few minutes. The test is painless and you can communicate with the technician throughout.
Post-Test Observation
You’ll be monitored briefly after the scan to ensure there are no allergic reactions to the dye. You can usually resume normal activities immediately after.
Results & Follow-Up
Our expert radiologists analyze the images and prepare a detailed report for your doctor. Based on the findings, your care team will recommend the next steps or treatment if needed.
